Hours of Operation and Conditions of Use

  • 7:00am to 10:00pm

  • Each apartment is allowed a maximum of 6 guests on the roof at a time

Access 

  • Access to the roof is via security swipe

  • You'll require your swipe to both enter and exit the roof

  • Proceed to Level 17 turn right and go up the stairs

Use of the BBQ

The rooftop BBQ can only be activated by key. The BBQ is available for use on a first come first served basis. 48 hours notice is required and the key can be collected from the Building Manager’s office on the ground floor at the time of booking. We also require a $100 cash bond, which will be refunded upon return of the key. Please note that bookings can only be made by owners or tenants with a valid long term lease agreement.

The Building Manager’s office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Smoking

  • Smoking is permitted on the roof

  • Ashtrays are provided near the picnic tables

Mardi Gras and New Year

  • Note that for high demand periods the Owners Corporation reserves the right to reserve roof access for ticket holders only. This is to provide funds to clean the area and to provide a security service and is done for the minimal cost required.

Abuse of Privileges

  • Please note that staying on the roof beyond hours, holding of noisy parties or refusing to clear up after yourself is highly inconsiderate to your neighbours

  • Breaches of the rules will result in offending apartments being banned from roof access

  • Please note that the area is monitored by CCTV and security swipe access is tracked allowing easy identification of offending Residents
