General Waste
There is a garbage chute at the end of each corridor.
- Please bag your waste before putting it down the chute
- Do not put umbrellas down the chute
- Do not put recyclables down the chute
- Do not leave waste that does not fit down the chute nearby, take it to the bins downstairs
If you want to dispose of your household waste...just go to the end of your corridor and use the chute.
Recycling
Recycling bins are provided in the level 3 carpark. You can access this area via the foyer.
Large Waste
A garbage skip is provided for larger domestic waste. This skip should not be used for trade or renovation waste. If you cannot fit your domestic waste into the skip please do not leave it next to the skip.
Council Pickup
If you cannot fit large waste into the skip please talk to the building manager. He can assist with arranging a Council Pickup.
Dumping
Dumping of waste in the building is not tolerated. The garbage area is under CCTV surveillance and dumpers will be identified and issued a breach of by law notice
