Strata Management services are provided by Mariana Carinus of Harvie Strata. Mariana is a highly experienced Strata Manager who has built up a tremendous amount of local and international experience in the industry. Her strata management career started in Cape Town, South Africa, where she developed her skills managing many large residential and commercial strata schemes.

Mariana chose to advance her career by joining Harvie Strata Management when she arrived in Australia. She was drawn to the company by our exclusive boutique management style, emphasising a more intimate and personalised management philosophy tailored mainly to residential and commercial strata title schemes.

Mariana can assist Owners with queries relating to levies and the management of the Strata Scheme.
