In a building as large as Panorama220 there is inevitably high demand for tradespeople to undertake repairs and maintenance.

If you are planning to work in the building:

  • Please talk to the building manager to identify your presence and your needs
  • Parking is at a premium. In general many tradespeople can use the visitor carpark, however, many vehicles such as vans may not fit through the Arnold Lane gate. The building manager can help arrange an alternative, if one is available
  • Building materials should not be loaded via the foyer, but through the carpark elevators
  • There are hangings to protect the lift cars, please identify your requirement to the building manager
  • Power tools cannot be used 8pm to 7am on weekdays or 8pm to 8am on weekends
  • If dusty renovations are taking place protection should be put in place for corridor and/or foyer carpets
  • Please ensure that the Resident or Owner has the relevant permissions from Council and the Owners Corporation before attempting invasive works
