Resident, Visitor and Bicycle Parking

Our Building has two carparks, one accessed via the gate on Goulburn Street, the other via the gate on Arnold Lane. Access to the gates is via security swipe. Only Residents with parking privileges can access relevant areas.

Resident Parking Spaces

• The Goulburn Street carpark is wholly for Resident Parking only
• Resident parking spaces are distributed across levels 3, 4 and 5 in the Arnold Lane Carpark and are marked accordingly
• Please note that not all apartments have their own dedicated car space
• Car spaces are marked with the number of the relevant apartment  
• Please do not park in another Resident's car space
• Storage of furniture or belongings is not permitted in parking spaces
• If you wish to store items in the area Owners can talk to Strata and Building management about the possibility of installing an approved over-the-bonnet storage box

Visitor Parking Spaces

• Visitor spaces are on levels 3 and 4 of the Arnold Lane carpark. There are 18 visitor spaces clearly marked "visitor"
• Residents are not permitted to use visitor spaces for their own car
• Visitors are not permitted to stay more than 24 hours and must only park in spaces marked "visitor"
• Guests can be let into and out of the carpark via the intercom in each apartment
• The car park gate is monitored by CCTV
• Any abuse of visitor car parking privileges will lead to a breach of by law notice, a potential fine and removal of access privileges to the area

On-street parking

• Residents in our building may be entitled to an on-street parking permit if they do not have a dedicated space. Check with City of Sydney Council for details.
   

Bicycle Parking Racks

• Bike racks are provided on Level 4 and Level 5 of the Arnold Lane Carpark, with a smaller rack on level 4 and larger racks on level 5
• Racks are audited annually for dumped bicycles
