Your Committee

 

As required under the Strata Schemes Management Act, your Strata Committee is composed of a range of interested Owners who take responsibility on behalf of the Owners Corporation for the long and short term needs of our building.

A large, high-rise strata scheme like Panorama 220 requires complicated infrastructure including pumps, boilers, tanks, elevators and motors to operate efficiently. With the assistance of the Strata and Building Managers the Committee seeks to spend Owner funds wisely, keeping maintenance up to date and amenity levels high without recourse to special levies.

The Strata Committee is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting. Agendas and minutes of all Strata Meetings are distributed to Owners who are not on the Committee, and these also have a right to attend but not to vote or speak at the monthly Committee meetings.

Sun Lounges

Sun lounges were installed on the roof terrace, to increase amenity of the area for Residents. These have proven highly popular in the summer months!

Swimming Pool

The pool room has been repainted and brought up to modern safety standards. In addition essential maintenance has been undertaken to reseal the pool and its fibreglass shell.
