VENUE NOISE

The Panorama 220 strata committee is collecting data about noise complaints made by our residents to local venues. Please log the details of any noise complaints you have made here. 

Your information will contribute to statistics that will be used in negotiations with local venues, Police, Liquor and Gaming and the City of Sydney to help improve the compliance of local venues with their licences and DA's. 

Please note that if you are suffering from a venue noise problem you should still complain directly to the venue, or authorities first and then log the details of your interaction via this questionnaire. 

Personal details will not be used for purposes other than dealing with your noise issue.

RULES FOR THE USE OF THE ROOF TOP BBQ

The rooftop BBQ can only be activated by key. The BBQ is available for use on a first come first served basis. 48 hours notice is required and the key can be collected from the Building Manager’s office on the ground floor at the time of booking. We also require a $100 cash bond, which will be refunded upon return of the key. Please note that bookings can only be made by owners or tenants with a valid long term lease agreement.

The Building Manager’s office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
